For payments made after the 15 May 2025, Earlybird fees DO NOT APPLY.

Fees are now:

Standard: 11000 MXN pesos

Students: 8000 MXN pesos

Online: 6000 MXN pesos

LMIC: 7000 MXN pesos

If you have paid Earlybird fees after the 15 May, please send an extra 2000 MXN pesos before the 29 June 2025, otherwise you will need to pay in cash on arrival at the conference.

A book of abstracts will be available for each conference participant. Please submit abstracts (1 page maximum) before 31th January 2025. Please also send the abstract submission form with your contribution and use the specified format for writing your abstract.

Presentations will be made in the form of lectures or posters. Key-note lectures will be 25 minutes long and standard lectures will be 15 minutes long with 5 minutes for questions. Posters will be on display throughout the conference week and two special poster sessions will be held where authors are requested to present their posters for 3 minutes in the lecture hall and then stand by their posters during the poster session.

Research, short and review papers relating to slope stability, vegetation and soil/water bioengineering can be submitted to a special edition of the journal Ecological Engineering. Only conference participants (including talk and poster presenters and all other conference participants) can submit papers. Final Manuscript Submission Deadline is November 2, 2025.
